How to Submit a Support Ticket

1. Login to your client area.
2. Go to "Support" → "Open Ticket".
3. Choose the department related to your issue.
4. Enter a subject and detailed description of your problem.
5. Attach any relevant files if needed.
6. Click "Submit" to open the ticket.
7. You will receive a confirmation email with the ticket number.
